Hospital Sorrentino Peninsula

The general objective of the intervention is the creation of a new Single Hospital for the Sorrento Peninsula area, equipped with the basic and specialist characteristics of a level I DEA headquarters hospital, capable of promoting an organizational vision based on:

• patient centricity; • volume of services adequate to the requests of the territory; • high flexibility of healthcare and management organization; • multi development and integration

professional; • technological evolution with the strengthening of spaces dedicated to diagnosis and therapy • staff training and related adequate spaces; • optimization of financial, instrumental and human resources; • ability to integrate and network with other structures. The New Hospital project incorporates and satisfies these needs in the creation of a structure capable of responding effectively and appropriately to the demand for diagnosis and treatment of an area characterized by large seasonal variations in population composition and density. The new hospital is in fact designed as a flexible container.
